  • Undertake Workplace HR assessments to advise on HR gaps and related shortfalls.
  • Assistance with HR and staffing Due Diligence Audits.
  • Aligning organisational HR systems with all relevant Employment Law and regulatory requirements as well as provide employment law advice to ensure HR and IR best practice.
  • Assist and advise on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the design of structuring of employment contracts, job descriptions and performance management systems.
  • Handling and chairing of disciplinary hearings and the provision of any associated assistance.
  • Provide IR and supervisory training tailored to the company’s specific requirements.
  • Handling of Trade Union relations, including negotiations over employment conditions and dispute resolution assistance.
  • Guidance in the handling of any dismissal and unfair labour practice disputes (CCMA or Bargaining Council).
  • Development and submission of Employment Equity Plans and reports in accordance with statutory regulations.
  • Assist in training need identification, development of training plans as well as assist in the annual submission of WSP and ATR to relevant SETAs.
